COPPELL, Texas, Jan 21, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Mannatech Incorporated (Nasdaq:MTEX) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared an annual cash dividend of $0.10 per share, payable on March 12, 2004, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 20, 2004. The Board believes this dividend helps reflect Mannatech's long-term value and its strong commitment to promoting long-term investment in its common stock.
