This unique and revolutionary process makes oil-soluble ingredients, such as mango and rosemary oils, soluble in water with greater stability and significantly improved bioavailability. Blue California’s micro-encapsulation method produces water-soluble ingredients that differ significantly from other water-soluble forms because it does not use emulsifiers that can cause cloudiness once the product is in solution. Micro-encapsulation can be used with one or several ingredients while maintaining each ingredient’s stability, allowing for different time releases and enhancing bioavailability. It can be widely used as natural flavors, natural preservatives and natural antioxidants in food, bakery, shampoo, functional foods, beverage and the nutritional industries.
