Minnesota Applied Research Center Expands To New Clinic Space In Edina, Minnesota

EDINA, MN – The Minnesota Applied Research Center (MARC) today announced their move to new offices and clinic space in the Southdale Medical Building located at 6545 France Ave S in Edina, Minnesota. The office is adjacent to the University of Minnesota Fairview Southdale Hospital. “We’re very excited to be moving into our new clinic space as MARC continues to grow. We’re really looking forward to expanding our clinical trial activities within this thriving medical community,” says Joy Frestedt, PhD, Executive Director of Research at MARC.

This new space will allow added capacity and functionality. The clinic is more centrally located in the Southdale area of the Twin Cities. Convenient access to bus routes is expected to facilitate rapid accrual and solid subject retention in MARC trials. “This new location will offer our study sponsors a quicker response to their study requests and the ability to complete trial accruals more quickly and efficiently,” says John Zenk, MD, Chief Medical Officer at MARC. “Our subjects will be able to more easily participate in our trials and we have already seen a dramatic increase in demand for our trials from our subjects.”
