In order to develop and commercialize a high quality product botanical extract, it is imperative to understand the effect of scale-up equipment and process conditions on the product quality. The knowledge gained from pilot plant scale-up trials will be necessary for successful development of the product and process. Mr. Green's presentation will discuss key factors to consider for running effective scale-up trials.
