Scientific Food Solutions, LLC and Napa Nutritionals, LLC have signed a licensing agreement allowing Napa Nutritionals to incorporate SFS’s innovative garlic ingredient Garli-Eze into products.

 

Scientific Food Solutions, LLC (SFS) and Napa Nutritionals, LLC have signed a licensing agreement allowing Napa Nutritionals to incorporate SFS’s innovative garlic ingredient Garli-Eze® into products to be sold through independent health food stores and online.

SFS was recently granted US Patent 7901717 B1 on an alkalizing compound. As applied to Garli-Eze, this process makes garlic more palatable for consumers, thus improving compliance on this beneficial nutrient.
