Mushroom Extract Powder (2135) - An extract of Champignon Mushroom (Agaricus bisporus) blended with Palm Oil and spray dried on a maltodextrin carrier. Light brown in solution, it provides a mushroom aroma with a mild, earthy mushroom flavor.
