NOW Foods Dr. Lelah to present 'WHAT ARE THE ELEMENTS OF QUALITY?' At NNFA South West Regional Show

Bloomingdale, IL, January 27, 2005 – NOW Foods Technical Director Michael Lelah PhD will present a timely and important session to assist industry members in assessing “What Are the Elements of Quality?” as part of the educational program to be offered at the NNFA South West regional trade show.

Among those aspects of quality to be addressed are:
How do you choose quality products?
What should you look for when trying to determine the quality of nutritional products and dietary supplements?
What are the Elements of Quality that will make you feel comfortable recommending a particular brand or product to your customers?

Learn about the different elements that comprise a quality product and how to assess them as part of store stocking decisions and in guiding customers in their purchasing decision.

The seminar will be held on Friday, January 28th, 2005 3:00-3:50 pm at the Adam’s Mark Hotel, Dallas, Texas, San Antonio Room B.
