NPA names membership marketing expert as new VP

Gabrielle Alahouzos most recently served as the director of membership marketing for the National Association of Home Builders, which has more than 160,000 members.

The Natural Products Association, the nation’s largest nonprofit association representing the natural products industry, announces that membership marketing expert Gabrielle Alahouzos will be the new vice president of membership services. Gabrielle most recently served as the director of membership marketing for the National Association of Home Builders, which has more than 160,000 members.

For nearly 15 years, Gabrielle has focused on building and maintaining a quality membership experience. In her role at NAHB, she achieved success in attracting and retaining members and rewarding their engagement and loyalty. She also developed an ROI framework to measure their marketing strategy and led the launch of a Net Promoter Score program to improve member feedback and analyze member satisfaction.

“We’re excited to have Gabrielle on our team, leading NPA on a path to stronger membership growth and retention,” said John Shaw, NPA executive director and CEO. “Her expertise will be of great benefit to NPA as we work toward improving our membership recruitment efforts. Gabrielle will lead our aggressive expansion into new frontiers for the benefit of our members.
