Customized software takes NSF-ISR to the next generation of automation and environmental leadership
ANN ARBOR, MI – NSF International Strategic Registrations (NSF-ISR), a top ten registrar, announces the implementation of a new software solution that enables NSF-ISR to improve operational efficiency, reduce paper waste and provide numerous value-added features for customers.
Enterprise Quality Manager™ (EQM) is a fully integrated quality information management system that provides NSF-ISR customers the ability to log in to a customized, secure website to view real time registration data, a variety of management reports, certificates, and audit scheduling and tracking information. It also allows NSF-ISR auditors to capture data in real time using tablet PCs to provide an instant electronic report to the customer at the end of the audit.
EQM is also a major step for NSF-ISR toward an environmentally-friendly paperless business. “In addition to providing innovative services to our clients, we feel it is imperative that we focus on socially responsible corporate solutions,” said Christian Lupo, NSF-ISR general manager. “EQM represents NSF-ISR’s ongoing commitment to implement the latest technology while reducing any negative impact on the environment.”
The new system provides complete functionality to manage plants and contacts, schedule audits, manage projects and document all aspects of quality throughout the process. EQM ensures that everyone designated by the client has access to the same real time information.
“With Enterprise Quality Manager, our clients will have access to registration information for any facilities that are part of their registration,” said Lupo. “Our customers, the true beneficiaries of the new system, are already seeing the results.”
