Nutracon conference, the premier education and networking event for the health & nutrition industry, has two new education tracks for 2006.
Nutracon is co-located at the Anaheim Convention Center, March 22-24, 2006, in Anaheim, California, with SupplyExpo and Natural Products Expo West. Attendees will gain an understanding of the impact of "next generation" ingredients, emerging markets, consumer trends and regulatory constraints in the health and nutrition industry. The conference provides insights for innovation based on science and technology, case studies and market intelligence.
The Food and Beverage Track explores categories such as glycemic index for weight loss, gluten-free and allergen-free foods, the latest science on childhood obesity, new ingredients for healthy kids' products, and new frontiers in Omega 3s.
The Dietary Supplements/Bioactives Track investigates developments in research and technology for sports nutrition and weight loss, clinical trial design, the promise of nutrigenomics, synthetic versus natural genistein for bone health, improved bioavailability of CoQ10, developments in botanical science and a global regulatory update.
