Nutratech Adds Industry Veteran Danielle Thomas to Executive Team

New Director Brings Extensive Marketing and Sales Expertise
Wayne, N.J., February 20, 2006 – Nutratech, Inc., President Bob Green announced today that he has hired Danielle Thomas as the company’s new Director of Marketing and Sales. Thomas comes to Nutratech with an extensive background in a variety of vertical areas including nutritional supplements, proprietary drugs, cosmetics, fragrances, and toiletries, as well as marketing disciplines such as product packaging, copywriting, publicity, and market research.

In her role at Nutratech, Thomas will manage the company’s brand and sales operations. She will also oversee strategic marketing and communications, and will work with other company executives on strategic planning.

Green said Thomas comes to Nutratech with very relevant experience that will help the company meet its sales and marketing goals. “We have been energized by the many studies showing that bitter orange – particularly Advantra Z – is both effective and safe,” he said. “Danielle’s role here is critical as we capitalize on these studies and the market demand for products containing Advantra Z, and in ensuring that more manufacturers understand the value of using and touting this branded ingredient.”

For the past six years, Thomas served as the Western Region Manager for Banner Pharmacaps, a global soft gelatin capsule manufacturer of nutritional supplements
and over the counter products. Prior to Banner, she was Senior Director, Sales and Marketing, at Rainbow Light Nutritional Systems in Santa Cruz, Calif., where she managed sales and marketing teams.

Thomas also was founding partner at Southern, Thomas & Associates, where she led internal and external marketing functions for the international marketing consulting group. Other former jobs include Del Laboratories where she was National Retail Sales Manager and National Training Director; Chattem Consumer Products, where she developed the national retail merchandising programs for cosmetics and other consumer products, including proprietary drugs; and A.H. Robins Company, where she served as the Western Divisional Sales Manager.

Thomas is a graduate of the University of Florida in Gainesville.
