Olive Lifesciences started producing food- and feed-grade Marigold (Tagetes erecta) oleoresin for the nutraceuticals, poultry pigmentation and food coloring industries. Company offers wide range of lutein-based products for human nutraceutical and animal feed supplement products.

“Our core competencies in cultivation, including managed logistics of flower growing and collection, good manufacturing practices and food safety based extraction allows us to expand our customer base, particularly in nutraceutical, food and feed industries,” said Dr. Shiv, GM for Olive Lifesciences, which is based in Bangalore, India.

Company is pioneer in the field of backward integration – the contract farming model, assuring quality from seed to shelf. Early this year company started marigold cultivation on 6,000 acres of land.
