OrderDog Teams with SPINS to Dually Broaden Scope of Subscribers' Available Product, Consumer Information

LEWISVILLE, TX, October 26, 2005 - OrderDog (TM), Inc., a technology-based company that provides neutral and secure third party business-to-business services to increase supply chain efficiencies in the natural products industry, announced today its partnership with SPINS (R), Inc., the primary provider of information on market and consumer dynamics to the natural products industry. This partnership increases the reach and depth of the information currently available to OrderDog and SPINS subscribers.

OrderDog will integrate the SPINS Product Library into their own product database, giving all OrderDog subscribers information on an additional 400,000 natural products. Additionally, targeted retailers who use the OrderDog iPOS (TM) point of sale system will have access to integrated SPINSscan industry reporting services, comparing their store sales to the national and regional industry trends.

"We are pleased to implement SPINS' industry standard categorization and product content into our online search engine, offering our users current product and trend information that is organized by industry-specific departments, categories and key product segments," Richard MacKillop, OrderDog founder and CEO, said. "By increasing the flow of information in all directions, we are confident that our partnership with SPINS will only strengthen the OrderDog service and add value for our users."

Through OrderDog's iPOS point of sale technology, SPINS will gather additional information on the buying habits of the natural product consumer, specifically, the independent retail shopper.

"We are very excited to partner with OrderDog," stated Jeff Nibler, SPINS president. "Our teaming with OrderDog and their base of smaller, independent natural retail outlets supports our strategic company initiatives: to increase SPINS coverage of natural product sales information; and to establish a common industry language through increased usage of the SPINS Product Library."

Additionally, by utilizing OrderDog's new product entry technology and working with OrderDog's large base of industry clients, we are now able to gather more robust product information," Nibler continued.

San Francisco-based SPINS, www.spins.com, was founded in 1995 as the first company to offer natural products movement data to the industry. Today, it is the premier provider of industry reporting and consulting services for this rapidly expanding sector. SPINS' comprehensive offering includes retail measurement services, content-based reporting, consumer information and consulting services.

OrderDog, Inc., www.orderdog.com, is a web-based system that enables manufacturers and retailers to connect online 24 hours a day to order and sell goods.
