US based ingredient company PharmaNutrients has announced that the US Patent and Trademark Office has awarded the company US Patent # 6,838,451, entitled “Methods and Compositions for the Prevention and Treatment of Inflammation, Osteoarthritis, and other Degenerative Joint Diseases”, which uses a unique Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA)-based composition.
1/27/2005 - Advitech Reinforces Its Intellectual Property Position
Canada-based biotech company Advitech (TSX-V: AVI), has announced strengthening of its intellectual property position as France-based licensor Pierre Jouan Biotechnology has received a patent (number FR 2827290) from the French authorities. Advitech has the right to use Jouan’s technology in the development of products targeting inflammatory diseases resulting from immune system disorders.
