(TSX: ATB.sv), has filed a prospectus in all Canadian provinces, for an Initial Public Offering of 6,250,000 subordinate voting shares at a price of $12 per share, for total proceeds of $75 million (CDN). US-based supplement company Natural Health Trends Corp. (NASDAQ NMS:BHIP) has announced FY04 and Q4 results, reporting Q4 sales of $36.3 million compared to $22.6 million prior year, and recording a net loss for Q4 of approximately $802,000, or $0.12 per fully diluted share, versus net income of $1.1 million, or $0.19 per fully diluted share the previous year.
