According to a story on the USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) site, ARS scientist George Inglett will introduce C-Trim, a product derived from whole oats and barley containing 20-50% beta-glucan, with less than 4 calories per gram and 5-10 times more fiber than regular milled oats, flour and oatmeal.
