Donation Made in Honor of Speakers and Sponsors of Natural Products Expo West 2008 and SupplyExpo 2008
(OJAI, CA) – Nourish America, a top-rated national charity has received a generous contribution from New Hope Natural Media, a division of Penton Media, made in honor of its speakers and its sponsors at Natural Products Expo West and SupplyExpo in Anaheim, California, March 13 -16. With this donation, Nourish America welcomes Penton into its Thousand Dollar Club as a charter member.
Contributed funds will supply daily multivitamins to low income and poor children through the Center for People in Need in Lincoln, Nebraska. Many of these children are from refugee families, who have sought protection in the U.S. from persecution in their homelands and are striving to live the American Dream.
“In honoring their speakers at 2008’s Expo West and SupplyExpo with a donation to Nourish America, Penton has helped improve the health of hundreds of children who have lived in fear and deprivation in their own countries. We thank Penton for their generosity and their support in helping to ensure these children enjoy a happy, healthy childhood here in America,” says Michael Morton, Nourish America’s Executive Director.
