CHESTERFIELD, Mo., Sep 1, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Reliv International, Inc. (RELV), an international manufacturer and network marketer of nutritional supplements and other food technology products, announced today the reorganization of its executive management team. Effective August 31, 2004 David Kreher, Reliv's current Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, will assume the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. R. Scott Montgomery, the company's current Vice President of International Operations will assume the role of Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations.

Along with me, David will also increase his role in our investor relations effort to continue to effectively deliver the message of our financial progress and provide for increased transparency of our organization to the financial community and general public. David has been with Reliv for over 13 years, holds a degree in accounting from Southwest Missouri State University, and we believe, is an ideal candidate for this position."
