Jack Challem, author of more than 20 books and the popular The Nutrition Reporter consumer newsletter, will sign copies of his latest book, The Food-Mood Solution, during Expo West in Anaheim. Challem will be at the Taiyo booth #1414 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 10th.
The Food-Mood Solution explores how too much stress, too little time, and too many junk foods set the stage for bad moods and behavior. Challem’s four-step program to improve moods focuses on mood-enhancing nutritional supplements, improved eating habits, increased physical activity, and lifestyle changes that buffer against stress.
Among his recommendations is the use of Suntheanine®, a pure form of the unique amino acid L-theanine, to increase the brain’s alpha waves associated with relaxation. “Taiyo is pleased and honored to have Suntheanine® recognized for its quality and unique efficacy in Jack’s latest book,” said Scott Smith, vice president, Taiyo International. “Jack is one of America’s most trusted and respected nutrition and health writers, and we are happy to support his latest book launch.”
