PISCATAWAY, N.J., July 10, 2006 - Sabinsa Corporation successfully continued its multi-city "Sabinsa on Wheels" tour with stops in Salt Lake City, Utah and Los Angeles, Calif. These one-day seminars provided nutraceutical and cosmeceutical industry members with the latest information on the company's ingredient research and development, manufacturing capabilities and proprietary technology.

Presentations were given by members of Sabinsa's scientific team including Dr. Muhammed Majeed, Dr. Vladimir Badmaev, Dr. Lakshmi Prakash, Dr. Kalyanam Nagabhushanam and Anju Majeed. In Utah, Madan Mohan Chaturvedi, Ph.D., visiting professor at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center at the University of Texas, presented research surrounding the ability of curcuminoids and boswellic acids to inhibit inflammation. In Los Angeles, Michael Godard, Ph.D., highlighted findings from a clinical trial he spearheaded surrounding Sabinsa’s ForsLean(R) ingredient, and Milan Fiala, M.D., researcher at the UCLA School of Medicine spoke on the molecular mechanisms of curcuminoids in enhancing innate immunity.
