SK Food is pleased to offer ancient grains, which include amaranth, quinoa, millet, sorghum, spelt and teff. Considered also to be heirloom grains, ancient grains receive their name because they have remained unchanged by modern science and breeding technologies over time.

Ancient grains often also carry another moniker: “supergrains,” due to their high level of protein, in addition to many other heath benefits such as omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants.
