Sunnylife Global, Inc. Receives Notices of Approval from Hunan Food and Drug Administration for Sale of Ten Proprietary Supplements

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sunnylife Global, Inc. (OTC: SNYL) announced today it has received notice from the Hunan Food and Drug Administration that various applications for approval of sale of ten of its proprietary supplements which were filed in 2003 are scheduled to be approved in March 2006.

"This is a milestone event for Sunnylife Global," said Richard Lo, President. "A major thrust of our Company's efforts in the three years past has been to accredit our proprietary supplements for sale within our proprietary Health Care Management System. We have developed a total concept to care for our members. Our joint venture agreements in place with the World Friendship Hospital Group to renovate initially eight hospitals in China provide for them to supply Sunnylife with 50,000 members per hospital. The Company anticipates that 30% of the future royalty revenues will be derived from the sale of its proprietary supplements to all members estimated to be approximately $1 million per hospital, per year. When all hospitals are operating under Sunnylife's management, the royalty revenues from the supplements alone are expected to be in excess of $8 million per year."

The ten proprietary supplements of Sunnylife Global Inc. are: Health Restore (to aid the body's immune system), Max Osteo Support (to increase bone density), Chromium Plus (to maintain healthy glucose levels), Anti-Ox (to fight free radicals), Free Circulation (to reduce cholesterol and low density lipoprotein), Power Fuel (to strengthen cerebral activity and improve memory), Allergy Care (to eliminate excessive response to allergy), Menopeace (to reduce symptoms associated with menopause), Lady's Comfort (an anti-aging nutrient for women) and My Beauty (to hydrate the skin).
