On 18 November, Takara Bio Inc. will relaunch its vitality support supplement, “Kuugaimo”. By making the supplement in a tablet form rather than as a food additive, daily intake can easily be regulated by taking between 8 and 12 tablets. The supplement is made only using domestically produced kuugaimo (Dioscorea esculenta) and Fukuchi White 6-cloved garlic. The relaunched product contains 10 times more garlic extract than previous products, while the kuugaimo health ingredient amounts remain the same. The product will be priced at JPY 5,040/240 tablets (30 days’ supply).
