VNR’s Message Reaches All Major Networks in Approximately 26 Markets

VERNON HILLS, IL (January 2, 2003) – The makers of Tonalin® brand conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), the leading supplement to reduce body fat, are pleased to announce the results of the recent launch of a video news release (VNR) describing the substantiated benefits of Tonalin® CLA in achieving and maintaining lean muscle tone and fitness, especially during the health conscious consumers’ most precarious time: the holiday season. The nearly 100 airings of Tonalin® CLA’s VNR and its fitness-minded message reached millions of consumers on all major news networks, including ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, UPN and others. The VNR caps off the most successful fourth quarter marketing program Tonalin® CLA has launched. Publicity generated in 2002 corresponds with a consistent annual increase in sales of approximately 45 percent, with no signs of slowing down in 2003.
