Health-oriented television viewers are now getting a double daily dose of the popular national healthy TV series “Alive & Well with Michelle Harris”, as the show has received a major broadcast schedule increase. Previously seen five times per week, the show is now airing eleven episodes every week. The new schedule includes two episodes daily Monday through Friday and one Saturday airing. Alive & Well airs on national cable network GoodLife TV, reaching millions of households in over 200 markets coast to coast. Entering it’s third year on air, Alive & Well has quickly become the largest reaching consumer media outlet of it’s type in the natural products marketplace. Focused on natural health, the magazine-style show offers television viewers insight into nutritional supplements, natural foods, natural beauty products, alternative remedies, as well as organic and environmentally-friendly products.
Alive & Well’s increasing popularity prompted the cable network’s request for more episodes and an increased broadcast schedule. Alive & Well Executive Producer Mark Harris commented “Our mission with Alive & Well has always been to enhance people’s lives and with this schedule we will reach more viewers than ever before. This is great news for us, for our viewers and for natural products companies, who will obviously benefit from the increased exposure that this new broadcast schedule will provide.” Harris further commented that “in order to increase growth in the natural products sector we must move beyond “preaching to the choir” and begin educating mainstream consumers on important health issues and the many healthy product choices available to them. Natural products companies and the media must work together to achieve this goal.” Consumers as well as industry insiders can view Alive & Well’s complete new broadcast schedule at www.AliveandWell.TV .
