SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 29, 2002--USANA Health Sciences Inc. (NASDAQ: USNA) is holding its 10th Anniversary International Convention in Salt Lake City from Aug. 28-31.
Approximately 4,000 independent associates from around the globe are present for the three-day event.
Featured speakers for the event include Olympic gold medal speedskater Derek Parra; Mark Victor Hansen, author of the international acclaimed Chicken Soup for the Soul book series; and New York Times best-selling author Robert Allen.
Two new products and a major new product ingredient are being introduced during Thursday's general session:
-- Perfecting Essence Illuminating Facial Therapie: A skin treatment elixir that features clinically proven Dermal Surface Renewal(TM) (DSR) technology
-- Visionex(TM): A nutritional supplement designed to help maintain healthy eyes and vision which contains carotenoids, lutein and zeaxanthin, plus bilberry extract, vitamin C and zinc
