USANA Names General Manager for Korea

SALT LAKE CITY, May 13, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- USANA Health Sciences, Inc. (USNA) today announced it has named George Hwang as General Manager for USANA Korea.

Mr. Hwang will have the responsibility for overseeing the Korean operation, including developing and implementing USANA's growth strategies in that market.

Mr. Hwang brings with him over 12 years of experience in the direct selling industry. He has led the operations of two multinational companies in Korea, Regal Ware and Fissler, which distribute their products through the direct selling channel.

Mr. Hwang graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He is a native of South Korea and will be based in USANA's offices in Seoul.
