Verdure Sciences Increases ISO Certifications

Verdure Sciences Inc., a manufacturer of proprietary and branded ingredients, has recently received both ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005 certifications for its manufacturing facility. Both certifications verify that Verdure meets the quality requirements set forth by the International Organization for Standardization.

This commitment to achieve ISO 9001:2008 has given Verdure’s products a consistency that meets customer and regulatory standards. Verdure also aims to enhance customer satisfaction through continual improvement and the assurance of product conformity to customer and regulatory requirements.

Verdure’s second ISO certification, ISO 22000:2005, meets the requirements for a food safety management system that controls food safety hazards in order to ensure that food is safe at the time of human consumption.
