Vitiva, Slovenia, will highlight its Oxidation Management System solutions at the IFT 2011 Food Expo in New Orleans, PLThomas booth #4329. The showcase will include SyneRO®, AquaROX® and INOLENS® brands of natural antioxidants and ORAC boosters demonstrated in a variety of sweet and savoury creations.

SyneROX® 4, developed for complete anti-rancidity protection of full-fat milk powders, creamers and other dairy applications, will be featured in a full-fat dairy creamer product. Visitors will be able to enjoy the natural taste and full creamy mouthfeel of this longer-shelf-life creamer in a cup of hot coffee at the PLThomas Taste Bar.
