KGK Synergize, a contract research and product development company in the nutraceuticals industry, headquartered here, has announced that it has filed counter-claims against Source One Global Partners, LLC, Chicago, IL, and a third-party complaint against, founder and CEO of Source One, Jesse Lopez.

The counter-claims and third-party claims allege patent infringement, trademark infringement, unfair competition, breach of contract and deceptive trade practices.
