Under the new deal formed at Natural Products Expo West, Blue Pacific will distribute MycoTechnology's entire product portfolio and support the development of new products using its patent-pending food processing platform.

MycoTechnology Inc., an innovative food and ingredient technology company announces a global strategic partnership and distributor agreement with the highly progressive natural flavoring company, Blue Pacific Flavors.

MycoTechnology has developed a unique natural food processing platform that uses proprietary cultured mushrooms for improving flavor profiles of foods. Blue Pacific Flavors is well known for its line of authentic fruit flavors under its Farm Stand Whole Fruit Flavors™ portfolio.

Blue Pacific Flavors will distribute MycoTechnology's entire product portfolio. Their global manufacturing, international sales force, large R&D and food application teams will support the development of new products using MycoTechnology's patent-pending food processing platform.
