GMOs and infertility

Studies about the effects of GMO foods (commonly corn or soy) on our health have been woefully lacking, say some experts. Luckily, not all countries are as lax as the U.S. is about GMOs and their potential health consequences. Grist reports this week that "the government of Austria recently released the results of a long-term study showing that mice fed GM corn had lower birth rates and fewer offspring than their control-group peers." Next question: Does it have the same effect on humans?
