If you are what you eat, I may soon turn into a zucchini. Our one plant seems to produce enough lately to feed a small village, not a four-person household! I've broiled, baked, stir-fried, and given away a ton of the sweet green squashes; now, I'm looking for the perfect zucchini bread recipe. Do you have one?
