Quick meals with whole grains

whole-grains.jpgAnother great cookbook that just came out: Whole Grains for Busy People, by Lorna Sass, who did this month's DL article on cooking with whole-grain rice. I am such a fan of her cooking, and she demystifies the use of such nutritious (and QUICK-COOKING) all-stars as quinoa, barley, faro, and bulgur.
