Reusable produce bags that won't get gross

TAGS: Archive News

reusable produce bags from 3B I'm pretty religious about bringing my sturdy reusable canvas bags to the grocery store. (In fact, the local Vitamin Cottage where I do a lot of my shopping has gone bagless to encourage everyone to get on board. Kudos to them!) I used to be good about washing out and reusing plastic produce bags, too. But it got to be a lot of work and, frankly, the bags started to seem gross no matter how much I washed them (see this recent post about E. coli and bags). So I was psyched to get the new reusable mesh produce bags from 3B Bags (short for Belief Beyond Bags). They're made from durable see-through nylon mesh, and are superlight, machine washable, and fit right into your other bags or purse. Plus, they come with a drawstring so that you don't have to fumble with knots or twist-ties to secure your peaches. Nice!
