These new sparkling waters from R.W. Knudsen taste good. I mean, really good. And not the type of good that is so sugary and sweet that you know it's surely bad. Sparkling Essence waters, which come in cucumber, mint, lemon, and blueberry varieties, have a very subtle splash of flavor. They also have zero calories, fat, carbs, and sugar and don't contain any of that other bad stuff-like artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. My favorite to drink is lemon. My favorite to smell is mint (just like those sprigs in your garden!).
