I was just looking at the lovely leeks and asparagus in the store and wondering what to do with them; and voila, this recipe for Leek & Asparagus Saute comes to the rescue. Though I love lemon thyme, I don't have any handy, so I'm just going to use regular fresh thyme; 1-2 dried teaspoons thyme would also work. I'm going to serve it with simple steamed or broiled salmon. Quick, easy, delicious!
