My mom likes to drink soy milk; after all, it's a great source of protein and calcium. But recently she confessed that she thought it was contributing to sugar cravings. It's true that a lot of soy milks contain quite a bit of added sugar ("natural" or not). And there's a reason: Unsweetened soy milk tends to taste bland and bitter. Then there's West Soy's Unsweetened Vanilla Soymilk. I was shocked at how comparatively smooth and flavorful it is. Proof that good things can always get better!
