Surprise! Vitamin C is good for men's bones

A new study in the October issue of the Journal of Nutrition shows that eating fruits and veggies high in vitamin C may ward off bone loss in older men. These are similar findings to what's been reported in women. But the authors stress that bone loss is associated with many other nutrients (enter calcium).
