Tamanu: the beauty ingredient that gets better with age?

Wine. Cheese. Pu-erh ... tamanu? Turns out this ancient Southeast Asian and Polynesian remedy—which has quickly gained traction as a natural beauty ingredient used to soothe, moisturize, and help fight infection—may be among those products that really do get better as time passes. Just make sure the nut ages before its oil reaches that cosmetics bottle.
