I have not been able to verify the accuracy of this, but read in a magazine the other day that Craig Newmark, founder of Craig's list, has the following title listed on his business card:
Customer Service Rep
If this isn't true, it is one of those web-legends that will be repeated forever.
AND - even if it isn't, there is a very simple and powerful truth for all of us to be aware of - we all have to focus on taking care of the customer. If we don't, someone else will - but it could be our competitor!
