Makers of soymilk and vegeburgers aren’t the only ones helping to create healthier foods. In fact, one of the most sweeping efforts to improve Americans’ diets has come from Frito Lay, a company best known for salty snacks. “I can tell you that we are very committed to the health and wellness area,” said Stephen Quinn, chief marketing officer at Frito Lay, a division of PepsiCo.
