The time from startup to national distribution appears to be getting shorter for for natural and organic companies with the right stuff. Founded by two sisters, Healthy Handfuls launched a line of organic, low-sodium, low-fat snacks for children in October 2004. For the last eight months the brand has been selling through national channels, thanks to customers like Jamba Juice, Target and Loblaws of Canada.
