New Retail Locations Pop Up to Offer Cheaper Natural, Organic Fare to Consumers

When Sunflower Farmers Market opened its Boulder, Colorado, store in April of this year, the company's founder, Mike Gilliland, admits that he was a little apprehensive about how the location would do given that eight other natural retailers — four of them owned by Whole Foods Market — operate within a two-mile radius of the new Sunflower store.
