Organic Produce Growers Expand Production

Albert’s Organics, Earthbound Farm, Melissa’s and Del Cabo increase production to meet demand.

Winter has arrived in the northern hemisphere, but major players in the U.S. organic produce industry see blue skies and sunny weather ahead. “Organic produce continues to outpace the organic category as a whole, with 27% growth over the last year,” said Tonya Antle, vice president of sales for Earthbound Farm. “Produce continues to be the key driver in the organic category.”
