Organic Suppliers Look Forward to a Sharp Upturn in Food Service

People in the natural food business are buzzing with excitement about the potential for growth in food services. Organic hot dogs are being served in ballparks, colleges are offering more vegan and organic fare, new catering outfits and upscale restaurant chains are positioning themselves as natural and organic, and uber-distributor United Natural Foods Inc.
