When it comes to ice cream, it’s all about indulgence. According to a new report from Innova Market Insights, pleasure, treating yourself and feeling happy are the top three reasons consumers still reach for this classic anytime treat. But with wellness front and center, consumers are also beginning to focus on how to indulge without any of the guilt.

Whether they’re nondairy or low in calories, alternatives to conventional ice cream abound in the natural food space. In fact, Nutrition Business Journal reports that estimated sales of natural and organic frozen treats and ice cream clocked in at a whopping $2.1 billion for 2019. Here are just a few new launches that arrived in 2020.
