Whether they be hot, instant or cold-brewed, nearly every aisle at Natural Products Expo East 2018 featured brands that were serving up coffee.

Cold-brew coffee was particularly popular. The method of soaking coffee grounds in cold water over a long period of time has been around for quite a few years. Innovative? Not necessarily. Do we care? Absolutely not! Somehow, cold-brewing coaxes out nuanced flavors in coffee without adding any bitterness—attributes that we're thrilled are more widely available.

Also trendy in coffee: Products that make consuming this quintessential morning beverage easier than ever—no added creamer or milk required, as in some cases, it's already mixed in with the java.
