Ready for the keto-volution? 10 next-gen keto products

Begone, phobia of eating fat. These new keto-friendly products showcase low-carb formulations, nearly zero sugar and an emphasis on fats.

Keto snacks emerged onto the natural products scene several years ago, right at the point when consumers were really starting to understand that not all fat was bad fat. In fact, most fats (except hydrogenated fats, of course), could be a healthy part of a diet.

The market was flooded with keto bars and snacks—substitutes that sometimes used chemist-worthy blends of hard-to-pronounce ingredients. The next iteration of keto seems to be a little cleaner, a little more varied (the following products extend beyond bars and snacks), and even a little less dogmatic. A little added sugar may be OK, as long as the total net carbs are around 3 grams.

Check out the plethora of new or soon-to-launch keto-friendly products.
