Chocolates were everywhere at the 2014 Summer Fancy Food Show, and the flavors were all over the map. While nearly every truffle or caramel manufacturer offered a sea-salt-dusted flavor, ingredients were getting bigger and bolder. We tasted chocolate that was infused with burnt-sugar, spicy habanero, goji berry and even savory reishi mushroom.
